Terms and Conditions for TalentMark Placement Agency

टैलेंटमार्क प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी के लिए नियम और शर्तें

Talentmark Placement Agency is the Placement Cell of TalentMark Academy and is responsible for Placements of the students. Below are the terms and conditions students need to agree upon before opting for Placement services.

टैलेंटमार्क प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी, टैलेंटमार्क एकेडमी की प्लेसमेंट सेल है और छात्रों की प्लेसमेंट की जिम्मेदारी संभालती है। नीचे वे नियम और शर्तें हैं जिन पर छात्रों को प्लेसमेंट सेवाओं का विचार करने से पहले सहमत होना चाहिए।

1. Eligibility / योग्यता:

• Placement services are exclusively available to students who have successfully completed the Diploma Program from TalentMark Academy.

• प्लेसमेंट सेवाएँ केवल उन छात्रों के लिए उपलब्ध हैं जो टैलेंटमार्क एकेडमी से सफलता पूर्वक डिप्लोमा प्रोग्राम पूरा कर चुके हैं.

• A TalentMark Academy Certification is mandatory for accessing our placement services.

• टैलेंटमार्क एकेडमी सर्टिफिकेशन हमारी प्लेसमेंट सेवाओं का उपयोग करने के लिए अनिवार्य है.

2. Opting Out/विचार करने का सौदा:

• Students who are no longer interested in placements or have secured employment independently are encouraged to inform TalentMark Placement Agency.

• जो छात्र प्लेसमेंट के बारे में रुचि नहीं रखते हैं या खुद से नौकरी प्राप्त कर चुके हैं, वे टैलेंटमार्क प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी को सूचित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किए जाते हैं.

• Students who are found not to be serious about placements may be opted out after a grace period.

• छात्रों को प्रत्यापित अवधि के बाद चुकाने के बाद भी प्लेसमेंट से बाहर हो सकते हैं.

3. Interview Results/साक्षात्कार परिणाम:

• Students are required to promptly inform TalentMark Placement Agency of the results of interviews or job offers.

• छात्रों को साक्षात्कार या नौकरी के परिणामों को त्वरितता से टैलेंटमार्क प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी को सूचित करना होगा.

• Failure to communicate interview results within the specified timeframe will be considered as "HIRED," and placement will proceed accordingly.

• निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर साक्षात्कार परिणामों की सूचना नहीं देने पर "हायर्ड" के रूप में माना जाएगा और प्लेसमेंट उसके हिसाब से आगे बढ़ेगा.

4. Commitment to Job Opportunities/नौकरी का सौदा और पेशेवर व्यवहार:

• Students should commit to job opportunities they accept and should only withdraw under exceptional circumstances.

• छात्रों को उन नौकरी के अवसर का पालन करने की सलाह दी जाती है, और केवल अपवादक परिस्थितियों के तहत ही वापस लेना चाहिए.

• Any changes in job acceptance status must be communicated immediately to the TalentMark Placement Agency.

• नौकरी स्वीकृति स्थिति में किसी भी परिवर्तन को तुरंत TalentMark Placement Agency को सूचित करना अनिवार्य है.

5. Risk and Liability/जोखिम और उत्तरदायिता:

• TalentMark Placement Agency does not verify job locations or company backgrounds. Students should join companies at their own risk.

• TalentMark Placement Agency नौकरी स्थान या कंपनी की पृष्ठभूमि की सत्यता की जांच नहीं करता. छात्रों को उनकी स्वयं की जोखिम पर नौकरी करने की सलाह दी जाती है.

• TalentMark Placement Agency is not liable in case of any fraudulent activities, accidents, or mishappenings during the employment period.

• TalentMark Placement Agency किसी भी धोखाधड़ी गतिविधियों, दुर्घटनाओं या दुर्भाग्यगत घटनाओं के मामले में जवाबदार नहीं है.

• TalentMark Placement Agency will be sharing the Contact Details of the students with Multiple companies providing job opportunities.

• टैलेंटमार्क प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी छात्रों की संपर्क विवरणों को कई कंपनियों के साथ साझा करेगी जो नौकरी के अवसर प्रदान करती हैं।

6. Job Availability/नौकरी की उपलब्धता:

• Placements will be provided to students as soon as new job openings become available.

• नई नौकरी के अवसर मिलने पर ही छात्रों को नौकरी प्रदान की जाएगी.

• It is possible that students may need to wait for some time before job opportunities arise.

• नौकरी के अवसर प्राप्त होने में थोड़ा समय लग सकता है.

7. Platform Fees:

• TalentMark Placement Agency charges platform fees to candidates for providing assistance. However, it's important to note that we do not guarantee or commit to providing a job guarantee to the candidate. Our fees primarily cover facilitation services that we offer.

• टैलेंटमार्क प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी कैंडिडेट्स से सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए प्लेटफ़ॉर्म शुल्क लेती है, लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण है कि हम कैंडिडेट को किसी भी नौकरी की गारंटी या प्रतिबद्धि करने की संवाद करते नहीं हैं। हमारे शुल्क मुख्य रूप से हमारी प्रदान की जाने वाली सुविधाओं के लिए होते हैं

8. Behavior and Sincerity/व्यवहार और ईमानदारी:

• Students are expected to maintain professionalism, sincerity, and respectful behaviour throughout the placement process.

• छात्रों से उम्मीद है कि प्लेसमेंट प्रक्रिया के दौरान वे पेशेवरता, ईमानदारी और सम्मानपूर्ण व्यवहार बनाए रखें.

• Misbehaviour, insincerity, or the squandering of job opportunities may result in the blacklisting of the student.

• अशिष्टता, अईमानदारी, या नौकरी के अवसरों का अपव्यय करने की आवश्यकता मामले में छात्र के कार्यसूची में ब्लैकलिस्ट करने का परिणाम हो सकता है.
